Agri World Returns Policy for Used Trucks and Earthmoving Equipment

1. Scope and Purpose This returns policy applies to all used trucks and earthmoving equipment sold by Agri World. We aim to provide transparency and clarity regarding the conditions under which returns are accepted.

2. Condition of Equipment

• All used trucks and earthmoving equipment, as well as parts sold by Agri World, are sold in an “as-is” condition.
• The equipment may be well used and might not be in good working order. It may require a combination of minor and major repairs, mechanical checks, and servicing.
• Customers are encouraged to inspect the equipment thoroughly before purchase to understand its condition.

3. Limitation of Liability

• Agri World limits its liability as permitted under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
• We explicitly point out that due to the nature of used equipment, Agri World will not be held responsible for any subsequent repairs or servicing required after the purchase.

4. Returns Conditions Returns will only be accepted under the specific conditions outlined in the CPA, including but not limited to:

• Material Defects: If the equipment is found to have a material defect that was not disclosed or apparent at the time of sale and significantly impacts its functionality.
• Misrepresentation: If the equipment was significantly misrepresented in terms of its condition or capabilities.

5. Procedure for Returns

• Inspection: Upon receiving the equipment, customers are required to inspect it thoroughly.
• Notification: If any return condition is met, the customer must notify Agri World within 7 days of purchase.
• Assessment: Agri World will assess the claim and may require the equipment to be returned for inspection.
• Resolution: If the return claim is valid, Agri World will offer a resolution as per the CPA guidelines, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

6. Sales Terms

• All sales are considered final unless a valid return claim is made under the conditions specified above.
• The equipment is sold “footstoots” (as-is) or by prior arrangement with the owner.

7. Customer Acknowledgment By purchasing used trucks and earthmoving equipment from Agri World, customers acknowledge and accept the terms of this returns policy and the limitations of liability.
